Jeff, having practiced over 25 years now, has earned his impeccable reputation as a true healer and is known by his peers as the "Therapist's therapist". Through dedication to his craft, commitment to his community, and a pure desire to help his clients live the best life possible, he has culitvated a diverse and all welcoming place of health and wellness. Initially established in the picturesque coastal town of Big Sur, Ca in 1997, as "Big Sur Bodyworks", The practice is now located in the beautiful coastal San Diego community of Solana Beach, Ca.
His "Body~Mind" healing approach sets him apart as he identifies the source of the problem considering not just the physical but the mental component when it comes to diagnosis. He possesses the ability, through his many techniques, to assess and diagnose the issue then efficiently and effectively alleviate it. He deeply cares for your overall well being and most likely will share some positive affirmations and maintenance stretches or movements to help you achieve your goals until your next visit. He genuinely wants you to be the best version of yourself possible in all areas of your life. He believes that starts with taking care of your mental and physical health via the Body, Mind, and Soul.
He customizes each session to your needs and preferences with respect to techniques used, pressure applied during the massage, and overall comfortability regarding dress and draping of the sheets while on the table. He believes the clients' mindset before, during, and after treatment is key to getting the most out of the work. Jeff, seamlessly blends varied modalities and philosophies to give each client a real feeling of presence ensuring your needs and requests are met. In his many years of practice, he has worked with professional athletes, celebrities, fortune 500 companies, and thousands of happy grateful clients giving him unmatched knowledge and credibility so you know you are in great hands.
When he is not healing his amazing clients you can bet he is out doing one of his many hobbies. He is a accomplished competitive sailor and pickleball player competing in the San Diego area. He also regular enjoys playing basketball, surfing, hiking, playing guitar, and lifting weights. He is passionate about food, wine, and all things travel as well. He is always eager for the next adventure be it locally or abroad. He is a loving father of one daughter, 19 years old.
